Follow these steps to create credit memo
Step 1. Go to the Saladplate login page.
https://www.saladplate.com/customer/account/login/
Step 2. Enter your login credentials to access your supplier account.
Step 3. Select “Order” from the left hand side panel.
Step 4. Click “Order” from the view column to see the details of the purchased order
Step 5. Click “Credit Memo”
Step 6. Check the checkbox and enter the qty of items to return to stock
Step 7. Enter the comment
Step 8. Filled in the refund section
Enter the value of adjustment refund
Enter the value of any adjustment fee
Check the “Append the comments” checkbox to append your comments with the previous one, else the previous comments will be replaced by the new one
Check he “Visible on Fronted” checkbox to set the visibility on frontend.
Check the “Email Copy of the Credit Memo” checkbox to email the credit memo to your mail box.
Step 9. Click “Refund Offline”
When you checked the “Email Copy of Credit Memo” during the credit memo creation, you will then receive a system email regarding the credit memo, below is a sample of credit memo notification email.
