Follow these steps to deactivate your product from the store
Step 1. Go to the Saladplate login page.
https://www.saladplate.com/customer/account/login/
Step 2. Enter your login credentials to access your supplier account.
Step 3. Select “Products” from the left hand side panel.
Step 4. Select “My Products List”
Step 5. Select your product and click the “Pencil” icon placed at the last column
Step 6. Select the status to Disable.
Step 7. Click “Save” to confirm with the setting
*Remarks: Once the status changed to “Disable”, the product is no longer display within the Saladplate platform.
