Supplier Dashboard Metrics
After you log into your Supplier’s portal, you will arrive at the landing page, which is your Dashboard. Here, we define a few metrics for your perusal.
New visits in the last 6 months
This is a bar chart displaying weekly new page visits of your store including company profile page, product collection page and product details page. Each bar represents a week. You can see the total number of page views of this specific time range from the second square on the left. By clicking the second square, your view will be changed to accumulated total page views.
By hovering to a bar, you will get the date, week number, and number of page views in that week.
Squares on the left
The numbers on the left are total numbers within the specific time range, except number of products, which is just the number of products you have uploaded.
The total number of products you have uploaded in the specified time range.
The total number of page visits in the specified page type and time range according to the drop down lists at the top of the Dashboard.
Enquiries from visitors who did not log in as a Saladplate buyer, over a specified time range. You can click on the square to see a full list.
Requests for quotations from logged in Saladplate buyers, over a specified time range. You can click on the square to see a full list.
You can specify the time range at the top of your dashboard:
The time range you select will also apply to the “Geographics” and “Most viewed products in your store” sections. For more detailed analytics, you can also select the specific page type using the drop down list on the left.
Geographics give you a percentage breakdown of where your visitors are located.
Most viewed products in your store gives you a ranking of page views on your products.
Top product categories in Saladplate are the overall popular categories visitors click on our website, including all Suppliers.
